Amendment I

"Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or of the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

This amendment is in my opinion one of the most important amendments because it let's us in some ways as an American citizen speak our minds and embrace ourselves. For freedom of speech, we of course can't say every little thing that pops into our minds and what we say could offend people but, with having freedom of speech it enables us as American citizens to learn something new or open our eyes to a different light. Having freedom of speech can educate us on important topics. For freedom of religion, our country was founded on those were leaving for religious purposes and for us as Americans to see so many religions all at once in our country, gives us another chance to learn about other religions and embrace them as well. We are truly privileged to live in a country where we can embrace and learn from one another!
